  • Is repairing cheaper than replacing?

    Usually, yes — if the base underneath is still sound. If it is not, a repair fails again quickly and you have paid twice. We check the base first and tell you which one you have.

  • Can you fix a trip hazard on a sidewalk?

    Yes. We grind or saw-cut the lifted edge, or replace the panel if the lift is too much to grind out. Trip hazards are a liability for property owners, so we get to them quickly.

  • Can cracks in my driveway or patio be repaired?

    Hairline and shrinkage cracks can be cut and filled so water stays out. Wide cracks with a height difference usually mean the base moved — that section gets replaced, not patched.

  • How long does a concrete repair take?

    Most repairs are a half day to a full day, plus curing. Panel replacements take two to three days including tear-out and the pour. We leave you the dates before we go.

  • Will the repair match my existing concrete?

    We match the finish as closely as possible — broom, smooth or stamped — and we tell you upfront that new concrete cures lighter and blends in over the first few months.
