ADU FOUNDATIONS

SERVICE OVERVIEW

AMZ Concrete pours footings, foundations and structural slabs for ADUs, room additions, garages, shops, sheds and equipment pads across Beaumont, the Pass and the Inland Empire — formed, reinforced and poured to your plan and to code.

We read the plans, set the forms to grade, tie the steel, and coordinate the pour around your inspection schedule so nothing sits waiting. Slab-on-grade or footings and stem walls, we pour what the engineer drew.

POPULAR QUESTIONS

  • Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. AMZ Concrete Inc. is a licensed C-8 concrete contractor, CSLB #1127615, bonded and carrying workers’ compensation on every job. Look us up on the state’s website any time — we’d rather you check.

  • Do you work off engineered plans?

Yes. Bring us the plan set and we price it off the drawings and pour it to spec — footing sizes, slab thickness, rebar schedule and anchor layout exactly as the engineer drew them.

  • Can you handle the inspection schedule?

We set forms and steel and coordinate with your inspector so the pour happens right after the sign-off, not days later. Your GC gets the pour date in writing.

  • Do you pour foundations for detached ADUs and additions?

Yes — slab-on-grade and footings for detached ADUs, additions and garages. On an attached addition we key the new foundation into the existing house so the two move together.

  • Can it be too hot or too cold to pour concrete?

Yes. Above about 85°F concrete sets too fast, and below 40°F it cures too slowly. We adjust the mix, the pour time and the curing to the weather — early-morning pours in summer, blankets in winter — so the finish and the strength come out right.

  • Do you give free estimates?

Always. We come out, measure it, and give you a written price before anything starts. Call or text (909) 848-3090 — se habla español.
